Ready to start your holiday baking, or just feel like a delicious treat? Shhhh… If you don’t tell, they’ll never know that these brownies are made with healthy ingredients. And guess what – there’s no flour in them either. Sweet!

Almond Butter Pumpkin Brownies
1 cup Almond Butter (can be substituted with organic peanut butter)
3/4 cup Pumpkin puree (can be substituted with squash or sweet potato)
1/3 cup honey (or other sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 8×8 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 25-29mins. Allow to cool and serve. These yummy snacks freeze well.
